Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, plus a clear video of you unboxing the item (from the moment the package is opened). This is required for us to verify any claims of damage, wrong items, or defects.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at hello.trovemanila@gmail.com or via Instagram @thetrovelife within 7 days of delivery. Please wait for confirmation before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and record a video of the unboxing. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with the video proof so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size, style, or item, please request a return (if eligible) and make a separate purchase once your return is approved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
